Request service package for Org

Partner admin login the system, click “Self Administration > More information”

Click “My Organization > Request a Service package for my Organization”

Click Request a sub-package(application package)

Click Request button to request corresponding service package

Input the request reason and waiting Helpdesk/NIO approval.

Partner user login, click “Self Administration > More information”

Click the request sub-package (application package)

Select corresponding service package, input reason and click continue.

Submit the request and waiting for approval.
